• Entrance: No need to twist yourself into a pretzel — just slip through the back gate and into our secret garden.
• Parking: Street parking on Barnard and nearby streets is free (like savasana). Please skip the neighbor’s lot unless “tow pose” is on your bucket list.
• Late Policy: 5-minute grace. After that, doors close tighter than your core in boat pose. Warm-up = safety first!
• Mat Rental: $5 keeps our mats cleaner than a fresh sun salutation.
• Ages: 14+ welcome! Under 18? Bring your yoga chaperone.
• Cancellations: Need to cancel out of class? We get it — just check our Cancellation & No-Show Policy so the yoga karma stays balanced.
