200hr 8 Month Foundations Program:

Your Path to Becoming a Phenomenal Yoga Teacher & Practitioner

Learn from world renowned teachers: Kathryn Budig, an incredible weekend yoga training with this international yogini! You'll spend an engaging weekend learning anatomy from anatomist, author and Senior ashtanga teacher, David Keil. 8 months of unlimited yoga are included in this program giving you complete access to all of our many talented, knowledgeable and diverse teachers. And, the Southeast's most studied teachers will be your humble and strong guides through out the rest of the training.

Since 2007 we have offered 200 hour programs in two convenient formats to fit into any lifestyle and budget and in 2013 we added a 300 hour Advanced Training program for those of you with a 200hr YTT program (from any studio) already under your belt. Our YTT School has been a Registered Yoga Alliance School. Both the 200hr and 300hr programs are taught by an expert faculty with over 10,000 hours of combined training, practice and apprenticeship. Throughout your training, you’ll study and grow your practice with a diverse group of talented instructors who are committed to their yoga lineages. The programs are outlined below for your convenience. Questions? Please see our teacher training FAQs or sign up for one of our upcoming free info sessions now (dates/times listed below).

Your 8-month journey takes place in October and is a total of 9 weekends over 8 months. You’ll work in a time frame that allows you to fully digest and incorporate new knowledge and skills into your yoga practice as well as your everyday life. While our 8 month program prepares you for teaching yoga to others, it’s not necessary to want to teach yoga to benefit from this training. Whether you choose to teach yoga or not, our 200-Hour training will help you develop your unique style and cultivate your inner voice.

Upon graduation you will be in the company of more than 200 graduates since launching our 200-Hour yoga teacher training in 2007. Our 200-Hour programs are approved by Yoga Alliance and taught by an expert faculty with over 10,000 hours of training, practice and apprenticeship. Throughout your training, you’ll study and grow your practice with a diverse group of talented instructors who are committed to their yoga lineages.
