Samantha Meier
Samantha has been practicing yoga for 12 years and has been lucky to travel around the US visiting lots of studios along the way. She has dedicated her daily practice to ashtanga yoga and loves to teach the tradition of ashtanga. Guided by Ashtanga’s philosophy and intensity Sam’s classes are dynamic, spontaneous and fun with an emphasis on the present moment. Making breathe louder than thoughts brings meditation to a practice that can carry over into daily life building strong bodies and healthy minds. Samantha graduated from the Savannah Yoga Center’s 200 hour Teacher Training Program in May 2011.
