Bryan Thomas
Bryan is native to the Savannah area and a graduate of the Nosara Yoga Institute’s 200 hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training. He was introduced to yoga in 2006 by a close friend. Simply hoping to improve his flexibility, Bryan soon discovered that there was much more to yoga than stretching. Having a strong a weightlifting background, he would soon recognize that yoga also builds strength in a very functional way. Through his own practice Bryan has come to believe that yoga exercises one very important muscle that is often overlooked: the muscle of awareness. He says, “It is our awareness of self that must be strengthened to cultivate a deeper mind-body connection and a healthier disposition.”
