Flow n’ Glow

All Levels: $65. Purchase

Constant movement is the heart of vinyasa flow—and this session will get you moving! We’ll burn through our distractions and find our inner glow. Through a continuous flow that weaves heat and challenge, move out of our heads and into the present movement.

Kick Your Feet Up: Arm Balances

All Levels: $70. Purchase

This lighthearted workshop is geared towards fledglings of arm balances as well as full-grown flyers. We’ll explore the foundations of arm balancing, along with the technicalities of leaving the ground while maintaining a playful mindset. Beginners will learn how to enter these poses, while advanced practitioners will discover new entries and possibilities. Come with questions and leave with a refreshed spirit and richer understanding of these amazing postures.

I Like the Way You Move

Advanced (6+ months consistent practice) $70. Purchase

While postures on their own are powerful, the spaces between them are magical. Gracefully transitioning from pose to pose requires a combination of focus and trust of the unknown. We’ll cultivate the mindset it takes to venture into the uncertain, and we’ll build our understanding of the technical aspects of movement. In starting simply, we’ll look at jumping forward and back in sun salutations. Then we’ll slide into more dynamic transitions that empower and challenge us.
