Kristjan is a 200-RYT with Yoga Alliance. She was initially introduced to yoga in 2005 after finally calling it quits to a 20 year gymnastics background. Though she didn’t really get interested in yoga until 2009 and from that point on she was hooked. Originally hailing from NC and after living in various locales abroad, she moved to Savannah in 2013 and has called Savannah Yoga Center her home since that point in time and even completed her 200 hr. YTT Training at SYC in May 2014. An anatomy professor by day, expect her classes to be playful yet vigorous and flowy with an ever eclectic music selection. You might even pick up some anatomy knowledge while you’re there!
