Teaching from the heart, Kelley encourages you to explore your possibilities and inner potential through the practice of yoga. An enthusiastic and dedicated yoga teacher who presents only what she herself practices.

One of her favorite quotes, "you become that which you can not find" has inspired Kelley to create an environment where healing can take place. She continuously challenges you to discover your endless potential through deep, integrated movement, conscious breathing, heightened concentration and body awareness.

Kelley has been practicing and studying yoga for 10 years and is an Experienced certified and registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She considers herself a life-long student and continues to expand and broaden her knowledge of yoga by frequently attending yoga teacher training workshops. She is the director if of SYC's200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program,
Offered October 2008 and n ow taking applications for October 2008.

A native of Savannah, Georgia, she has traveled to Sweden, France, Spain, Costa Rica South Korea, Thailand and Cambodia. She has carefully gathered threads of inspiration from her travels and experiences weaving them into her teachings and sharing them with you through her yoga classes.

An artist at heart, Kelley holds a Degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Art and continues to live a life saturated in creativity. Kelley is currently living in Savannah with her dogs, Radar, Sweet Dog, Guillermo and Lucinda & her cat Mr. Cheeks.

Finally Kelley's able to bring her love of art and yoga together by Partnering with Jepson Museum of Art by bringing YOGA to the Jepson!!

Aug. 16th, Saturday 10-12:00pm - Kelley will teach an All Levels Yoga Workshop at the Jepson Center for the Arts!
